We prioritize the wellbeing and safety of our guests and associates above all else. Due to the effects of COVID-19; we have taken additional measures in our hotels. We are closely monitoring messages and adhering to guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols more rigorous.
A frequent routine sanitation schedule has been put in place for disinfecting door handles, surfaces, handrails, and bathroom surfaces. Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of public spaces (elevators and common areas including the front desk) as well as employee-only areas. We have removed all "high touch" equipment that is not critical to the operation of our hotel.
Hand sanitizers are positioned for guests, visitors, and employees throughout the facility. Our associates will be wearing face coverings and other personal protective equipment in public areas and maintaining social distancing guidelines.
In accordance with the mandate from the state and local governments, some services and amenities may be eliminated or modified.
